When is my payment due?
Your payment is typically due on the first of each month. To see your exact payment due date, log into your account or call us. We'll be happy to answer any questions about your loan terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including one-time online payments, auto-pay, mail, and checks. Payment can be made with up to five different funding sources from checking, savings, or credit cards.
How do I access my tax documents?
Log into your account and navigate to the Documents section. Your 1098, 1099, and all other tax documents are available there. Documents can also be mailed upon request.
Can I make extra payments toward my principal?
Yes, you can make extra payments at any time to reduce your principal balance. When making a payment, simply select the 'Extra Payment' option. Additional funds will be applied to principal only after your next regular payment is satisfied.
